ADA PCs in the Library

Trial versions of JAWS screen-reader software and MAGic screen-magnifier software are installed on two dedicated PCs. Please bring headphones to use the JAWS software. A Lamar ID is required to use the reference lab, or there are two PCs designated for public use on a first-come, first-serve basis. A dual purpose PC in the Government Documents Department is for patrons registered with Services for Students with Disabilities or for use with government documents research. OpenBook screen reader, JAWS screen reader, MAGic screen magnifier, and Microsoft Office are installed. The PC is equipped with a SARA scanner and a laser printer.
